Muffins and Carrot Cake galore

Hello everyone, We have been in the kitchen all day getting things baking for the Carrboro and Durham farmers markets tomorrow. We will also have a few flavors of our high demand chocolate rich fudgy gluten free vegan brownies!! Gluten-free dairy-free egg-free soy-free low-glycemic vegan muffins Here is some of what we have been baking in the kitchen today. We have more things to bake up :) Well time to get back to baking.
