Our sister has entered into the Blogging world

As many of you know our sister is a graphic artist and she is the one behind the whole brand design for our Twin Cakes bakery and Twins Kitchen. New Raw items

We have been playing in the kitchen and creating some news raw items to add to our menu. Raw food is living food which means the nutritional value of the food is maintained and enzymatic activity preserved by dehydrating below 115 degrees. Raw foods are primarily made up from fruits, vegetables, sprouted beans and grains, and nuts and seeds. Here at Twin Cakes we strive to create delicious raw food that taste amazing and everyone can enjoy the benefits of incorporating more raw food into their life. Since the farmers market season is coming very soon we wanted to have more raw product offerings for all to enjoy these yummy treats. Getting ready for Spring

Here at Twin Cakes we are getting ready for spring. We sure have been enjoying the nice weather we have been having here in Raleigh. Perfect weather for fruit smoothies!! We have been doing a mild cleanse to transition us into the spring season. We are looking forward to getting our fresh fruit and veggies from our local farmers. Farmers market season is getting close. We will be doing an update on all the markets in our newsletter we will be sending out soon. Please support your local farmers and local businesses this year!! Well we are still getting use to our new gluten free vegan sugar free fondant. Lately we have been making flowers with it. Here are some pictures of our latest work Our Asian themed birthday cake.
