We just wanted to say thanks to our second oldest sister, Jennifer, who designed all of our logos and graphics that you see on blog and website. Her company name is Red Ink Creative Studio. BSBC and Million Step March event

Michelle and I were the featured chefs for Blue Cross Blue Shield Million Step March event on June 7. I was hosted for BCBS employees and their families at the BCBS headquarters in Durham. The walkers, Gary and Kathy, joined us to share their inspirational stories to encourage physical fitness. They asked us to provide healthy meals that were quick, easy, and delicious. Michelle and I gave cooking class demos in the Million Step March bus that they converted into a kitchen and seating setup. Michelle and I had a great time, besides it being extremely hot, which it was 101 degrees that Saturday. It was a good day for everyone who came out. I am glad I was apart of this great campaign.
